Best cloud providers 2026: documented capability coverage index
“Best” depends on the workload. This index answers a narrower, verifiable question: which providers document the infrastructure building blocks most teams need? Every provider is assessed against the same capability list, and each value links to the provider’s documentation on its profile page.

Direct answer
Of 7 eligible providers, ranked first: Amazon Web Services, PortvMind Cloud. Order: 1. AWS · 1. PortvMind · 3. Google Cloud · 4. Azure · 5. DigitalOcean · 6. Vultr · 7. Hetzner. This index measures the breadth of documented infrastructure capabilities across 26 criteria, not performance, reliability or price. Use it to shortlist providers, then compare them on your workload.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a performance ranking?
No. It counts documented capabilities. Performance is measured separately and reported in the benchmarks section.
Why does the index include a Türkiye region criterion?
This publication covers the Turkish market alongside global providers. The criterion carries the same weight as every other; the regional ranking isolates it.
