Overview
Microsoft Azure operates public cloud regions worldwide. Microsoft has stated that it has not announced a datacenter region in Türkiye, and Türkiye does not appear in the published Azure region list. GPU virtual machines include the NC H100 v5 and ND H100 v5 (H100) and ND H200 v5 (H200) series. L40S SKUs are documented for Azure Local and Azure Stack Hub rather than as public-cloud virtual machine sizes. Subscription-level control-plane events are recorded in the Azure Monitor Activity Log.
Compiled from Microsoft Learn documentation and Microsoft statements listed in Sources. Confirm SKU availability per region before procurement.

Cloud audit logging: Azure Monitor Activity Log
The Activity Log records subscription-level control-plane events from Azure Resource Manager; resource-level data-plane logs are configured separately through diagnostic settings.
| Feature | Azure Monitor Activity Log Microsoft Azure |
|---|---|
| Control-plane audit scope Records management operations (create, modify, delete) performed through the API or console. | Yes Azure Resource Manager write/delete/action operations. |
| Identity attribution Identifies the authenticated user, project/account and scope behind each operation. | Yes Caller and claims. |
| Request metadata Captures request ID, HTTP method, path, status code, source IP and user agent. | Partial Correlation ID, operation, status and caller IP in HTTP request details where available. |
| Data-plane (data access) events Optional recording of data-level reads and writes (for example object reads). | Partial Via resource logs and diagnostic settings, not the Activity Log itself. |
| Event search and filtering Console or API search by user, time range, resource or operation. | Yes Portal filtering and Log Analytics (KQL). |
| Configurable retention Documented default retention and options to extend it. | Yes 90 days in the platform; longer through Log Analytics or Storage. |
| Export and streaming Delivery to object storage, log analytics or SIEM pipelines. | Yes Diagnostic settings to Log Analytics, Storage and Event Hubs. |
| Log integrity validation Cryptographic or immutability controls that detect tampering. | Partial Immutable storage policies on the export destination. |
| Pricing model Whether baseline audit history is included and how extended capabilities are charged. | Yes 90-day Activity Log included; ingestion into Log Analytics is charged. |
