Editorial policy
Source standards, verification process, publication statuses, corrections and provider feedback.
Independence
- No provider pays for coverage, ranking or placement. There is no advertising and no sponsored content.
- Charts and tables do not highlight any provider; tied ranks are listed alphabetically.
- Information supplied by a provider is labelled "publisher-supplied" and kept separate until supported by a public source.
Source standards
- Primary sources: the provider's official documentation, pricing pages and vendor datasheets.
- Every source is recorded with title, publisher, URL and access date.
- When a capability is undocumented it is marked "unverified", which does not mean "no".
- Estimated prices and third-party benchmark results are not used.
Benchmark publication statuses
- Draft — a run is planned or in progress.
- Pending verification — the result is imported and passed schema and provenance checks. Not published.
- Verified — an independent re-run reproduced the result within tolerance.
- Published — the verified result is shown on the site.
- Archived — superseded by a newer version and kept for history.
Corrections
Reported errors are checked and corrected; material corrections are reflected in the page's updated date and in report version histories. Use the contact page to request a correction.
Provider feedback
Providers may submit factual corrections with a source. Providers do not preview, edit or veto results.
Use of AI
AI tools may be used for drafting and code. All factual content is checked against sources and all calculations are produced by code from the data files; no measurement or result is generated by AI.
