Overview

PortvMind Cloud is vMind's cloud brand and is operated by vMind Bilgi Teknolojileri. It is a sovereign cloud (IaaS/PaaS) platform. Its published infrastructure is located in Türkiye, in the İstanbul (tr-ist-01) and Ankara (tr-ank-01) regions. The platform is built on open-source infrastructure — OpenStack, Kubernetes and S3-compatible object storage — and is automated through APIs and Terraform. Services include Compute virtual servers, VKE managed Kubernetes with node-level autoscaling, GPU / AI Compute with NVIDIA H100, H200 and L40S options, Block Storage, S3-compatible Object Storage, Backup, Load Balancer (L4 and L7), Floating IP, Virtual Router with NAT and Network Data Transfer. Resources are billed per minute on a pay-as-you-go model, and organisation-dedicated cloud capacity is available as Dedicated resources. A managed Database and the container-based Agent Cloud are announced as coming soon.

Services, statuses, regions and price tables verified against portvmind.com and its published llms-full.txt on the last verification date. vTrail information is provider-supplied pending public documentation.
